These bisquick blueberry muffins are moist and easy to make. Great for breakfast!

Ingredients Directions
1) 2 cups bisquick Preheat oven to 400 F. In a large bowl mix together dry ingredients (1-3).
 
In a small bowl, whisk together milk and egg. Add to dry ingredients. Fold in blueberries. Line muffin tin with cupcake papers or grease the pan.

Fill muffin tins, makes around 11 muffins. Bake for 14-18 minutes. They are done when toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes then remove from pan.
2) ¾ cup sugar
3) ½ tsp cinnamon
4) 2/3 cup milk
5) 1 egg; beaten
6) 1 cup blueberries; dusted with flour
