Blueberry Bread Pudding

Ready for the cream and then serve!

Blueberry bread pudding is a wonderful dessert. With cream poured over the top making this dessert unmistakably a favorite!

Ingredients Directions
1) 4 cups bread cubes Preheat oven for 350 F. Butter a 1 ½ quart baking dish.

In a large bowl mix together all ingredients except the cream.

Spread into prepared baking dish and press ingredients down with the back of a spoon. Bake until set, about 40 minutes.

When ready to serve, pour cream over the top.
2) 1/4 cup butter or margarine, cut in pieces
3) 2/3 cup sugar
4) 1/4 tsp salt
5) 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
6) 1/4 cup water
7) 2 tbsp lemon juice
8) Cream for topping
