Blueberry Bread Pudding

Ready for the cream and then serve!
Blueberry bread pudding is a wonderful dessert. With cream poured over the top making this dessert unmistakably a favorite!

| Ingredients | Directions | | 1) | 4 cups bread cubes | Preheat oven for 350 F. Butter a 1 ½ quart baking dish. In a large bowl mix together all ingredients except the cream. Spread into prepared baking dish and press ingredients down with the back of a spoon. Bake until set, about 40 minutes. When ready to serve, pour cream over the top. | | 2) | 1/4 cup butter or margarine, cut in pieces | | 3) | 2/3 cup sugar | | 4) | 1/4 tsp salt | | 5) | 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries | | 6) | 1/4 cup water | | 7) | 2 tbsp lemon juice | | 8) | Cream for topping |
