| 1) | 1 cup sugar |
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl beat together sugar and eggs, gradually add milk and oil. In a medium sized bowl sift together the dry ingredients (5-7). Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture; stir until just blended. Gently fold in blueberries and nuts. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Take out of pan just before bread is fully cooled. |
