Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes

This blueberry buttermilk pancakes recipe is Great! I love using buttermilk in the pancake recipe because the pancakes come out lighter and fluffier than regular pancakes.

| Ingredients | Directions | | 1) | 2 cups all purpose flour | In a large bowl sift together group 1 ingredients (1-5). Set aside. In another bowl whisk together group 2 ingredients (6-8). Then add to group 1’s bowl. Whisk until just blended. Then add 3 tbsp melted butter (9), and mix into the batter. Heat up skillet and drop in 1 tbsp butter to grease lightly (10). Measure about ¼ cup of batter and pour on skillet. Sprinkle on a few blueberries. When the batter starts to bubble, flip over the pancake. Brown the other side. That’s it!
