Blueberry Cheesecake Pie

The height of this blueberry cheesecake pie, takes the cake!

If you love blueberry pie and you love cheesecake, why not put them together? Here's how!
| Ingredients | Directions | | Crust | Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a bowl combine first group of ingredients together and press into bottom of 8 x 12 inch baking dish. In another bowl mix together all cream cheese ingredients. Spread in baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Meanwhile in a large sauce pan mix together all the blueberry filling ingredients. Cook on medium low heat until thick. Spread evenly over baked cream cheese. Let cool, and then cover with whipped topping.(optional) Refrigerate overnight before serving. | | 1) | 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs | | 2) | 1 cup butter, melted | | 3) | 1/2 cup sugar | | Cream Cheese filling | | 4) | 2 (8 ounce) package cream cheese | | 5) | 1 cup sugar | | 6) | 4 eggs | | Blueberry filling | 7) | 1 quart fresh blueberries | | 8) | 1/2cup water | | 9) | 1 cup sugar | | 10) | 3 tablespoons cornstarch | | Optional Topping | | 11) | 1 (16 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed |
