| 1) | 1 cup cornmeal |
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl sift together the first group of ingredients (1-6). In a medium sized bowl combine the second group of ingredients together (7-10). Add to first group of ingredients, and mix until just blended. Gently fold in the blueberries. Spread into a greased 8” square pan. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes, or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. |
