Blueberry Corn Bread

Add a burst of flavor to your corn bread with Blueberry corn bread! Super Good!

| Ingredients | Directions | | 1) | 1 cup cornmeal | Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl sift together the first group of ingredients (1-6). In a medium sized bowl combine the second group of ingredients together (7-10). Add to first group of ingredients, and mix until just blended. Gently fold in the blueberries. Spread into a greased 8” square pan. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes, or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. | | 2) | 1 cup flour | | 3) | 2 tsp baking powder | | 4) | 1/2 tsp baking soda | | 5) | 1/2 tsp baking soda | | 6) | 1/2 tsp salt | | ---------- | | 7) | 1 cup vanilla yogurt | 8) | 1 egg | | 9) | 1/4 cup sugar or honey | | 10) | 3 tablespoons melted butter or margarine | | ---------- | | 11) | 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries |
