Blueberry Corn Bread

Add a burst of flavor to your corn bread with Blueberry corn bread! Super Good!

Ingredients Directions
1) 1 cup cornmeal Preheat oven to 350 F.

In a large bowl sift together the first group of ingredients (1-6).

In a medium sized bowl combine the second group of ingredients together (7-10).

Add to first group of ingredients, and mix until just blended.

Gently fold in the blueberries.

Spread into a greased 8” square pan.

Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes, or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

3) 2 tsp baking powder
4) 1/2 tsp baking soda
5) 1/2 tsp baking soda
6) 1/2 tsp salt

7) 1 cup vanilla yogurt
8)
1 egg
9) 1/4 cup sugar or honey
10) 3 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
----------
11) 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
