Baked Blueberry Cream Pie
This baked blueberry cream pie
has a wonderful oatmeal crunchy crust. It adds a little 'bite' to the smooth pie filling.
|Ingredients ||Directions |
| ||Oatmeal Crust ||Preheat oven to 350 F. |
In a bowl combine all the ingredients together, mix well. Firmly press the ingredients into a 10" pie plate. Set aside.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together except blueberries and beat in with electric mixer for 5 minutes.
Then add blueberries. Pour into pie crust and bake for 25 minutes.
-------------Let cool before serving. If preferred, serve after chilled in the frig for increased firmness.

|2) ||1/2 tsp. salt |
|3) ||1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon |
|4) ||1/2 cup flour |
|5) ||1/2 cup butter; soften |
|6) ||1/3 cup brown sugar |

|7) ||1 cup sour cream |
|2 tbsp flour |
|9) ||3/4 cup sugar |
|10) ||1 tsp. vanilla |
|11) ||1 egg beaten |
|12) ||1/4 tsp. salt |
|13) ||2 cups blueberries |
