| 1) | 2 cups flour |
Grease and flour 9" spring form pan. (1-3) In a small bowl sift together flour, baking powder and salt. (4-6) In another bowl beat together butter and sugar until creamy. Add egg and beat for 1 minute. (7) Alternately add milk and dry mixture to the egg mixture, until just moistened. Fold in blueberries. Pour into pan. (9-13) For the topping mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Then sprinkle on top of batter evenly. Bake at 375 F for 45 - 50 minutes. |
