Delicious!

This is a delicious blueberry ice cream recipe. Perfect for a summer treat! Blueberries and cream... yummy!

Ingredients Directions
1) 4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries In a sauce pan combine the blueberries, sugar and water. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and let simmer, until sugar is dissolved. You can strain the syrup taking out the seeds and skin, or leave it if you like berries in your ice cream.
2) 2 cups sugar
3) 2 tbsp water
4) 4 cups half and half cream
----------

Stir in half and half cream. Then cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. Fill cylinder of ice cream freezer two thirds full. Every machine is different for freezing times so check out yourmachines directions.

The remaining blueberry mixture should be refrigerated until ready to freeze. It takes about 2-4 hours in the regular freezer to firm up before it is ready.
