Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins

Is it time for a muffin/coffee break?

These blueberry oatmeal muffins are super tasty. I love adding oatmeal to the mix for the extra fiber. Oh, and that sugary cinnamon topping - mmm!
| Ingredients | Directions | | 1) | 1/2 cup quick cooking oats | Preheat oven to 400 F. In a small bowl, mix oats and juice together (1-2) and set aside. In a large bowl mix together the dry ingredients (3-7). Mix in oil, egg, and vanilla. Then add oat mixture, mixing well. Fold in blueberries. Mix together sugar and cinnamon (12-13) in a small bowl. Set aside. Line muffin tins with muffin liners or grease muffin cups. Fill cups and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture for the topping.
