Blueberry Streusel Coffee Cake

This blueberry streusel coffee cake has a high streusel topping. Very easy recipe! Taste is GREAT!

Ingredients Directions
1) 2 cups flour Preheat oven to 375 F.

Grease and flour 9" spring form pan.

(1-3) In a small bowl sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.

(4-6) In another bowl beat together butter and sugar until creamy. Add egg and beat for 1 minute.

(7) Alternately add dry mixture and milk to the egg mixture, just until moistened.

(8) Fold in blueberries. Pour into pan.

(9-13) For the topping mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Then sprinkle on top of batter evenly.

Bake at 375 F for 45 - 50 minutes.

5) 3/4 cup sugar
6) 1 egg

8) 2 cups fresh blueberries,  dusted with flour
Topping
9) 1/2 cups light brown sugar
10) 3 tbsp flour
11) 2 tsp cinnamon
12) 3 tbsp butter
13) 1/2 cups chopped nuts
