Lemon Blueberry Cobbler

This lemon blueberry cobbler is a delectable dessert. Lemons and blueberries are a great combination. With a yummy biscuit topping.

Ingredients Directions
1) 2 cups blueberries Preheat oven to 400 F. Grease a pie plate.

Stir together the first group of ingredients (1-5) in a bowl and then pour into the pie plate.

In another bowl, mix together second group of ingredients (6-10). Stir in cream. It will become a dough consistency. Spoon the dough onto the blueberries, making mounds around the plate.

Bake in the oven for 25 – 30 minutes. The biscuits will be golden brown.
2) 1 tsp grated lemon zest
3) 1/3 cup sugar
4) 1 tbsp lemon juice
5) 1 tsp cornstarch
6) 1 1/3 cup flour
7) 2 tsp baking powder
8) 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
9)
1/2 tsp salt
10) 1 cup heavy cream
