| 1) | 1 cup skim milk |
Preheat oven to 400 F. In a large bowl whisk together the first group of ingredients (1-5). Stir in second group of ingredients (6-9) until just blended. Fold in blueberries. Line muffins tins with muffin liners or grease the pan. Fill muffin tins and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Turn out of pan right away and serve. |
