Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins

When something is healthy and tasty it just makes you feel good!

Whole wheat blueberry muffins are an even healthier take on an already healthy breakfast.
| Ingredients | Directions | | 1) | 1 cup skim milk | Preheat oven to 400 F. In a large bowl whisk together the first group of ingredients (1-5). Stir in second group of ingredients (6-9) until just blended. Fold in blueberries. Line muffins tins with muffin liners or grease the pan. Fill muffin tins and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Turn out of pan right away and serve. | | 2) | ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce | | 3) | 2 tbsp oil | | 4) | 1 tsp vanilla | | 5) | 1 egg | | ------------ | | 6) | 2 cups whole wheat flour | | 7) | 1/3 cup sugar | 8) | 3 tsp baking powder | | 9) | ½ tsp salt | | ------------ | | 10) | 1 cup blueberries; dusted with flour |
