Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes
These whole wheat blueberry pancakes are a delicious and healthy breakfast. Perfect choice for the healthy eater!

|1) ||2 cups whole-wheat flour ||In a large bowl sift together flour and baking powder. Set aside. |
In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and oil. Then mix with flour mixture, just until blended.
Heat up skillet, spray with non-stick cooking spray. Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto skillet and sprinkle a few blueberries on top. When the batter starts to bubble, flip over the pancake. Then brown the other side.
