Blueberry Bread Pudding
Ready for the cream and then serve!
Blueberry bread pudding is a wonderful dessert. With cream poured over the top making this dessert unmistakably a favorite!
|Ingredients ||Directions |
|1) ||4 cups bread cubes ||Preheat oven for 350 F. Butter a 1 ½ quart baking dish. |
In a large bowl mix together all ingredients except the cream.
Spread into prepared baking dish and press ingredients down with the back of a spoon. Bake until set, about 40 minutes.
When ready to serve, pour cream over the top.
|2) ||1/4 cup butter or margarine, cut in pieces |
|3) ||2/3 cup sugar |
|4) ||1/4 tsp salt |
|5) ||2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries |
|6) ||1/4 cup water |
|7) ||2 tbsp lemon juice |
|8) ||Cream for topping |
