Ingredients Directions
1) 1 cup sugar

Preheat oven to 350 F.

In a large bowl beat together sugar and eggs, gradually add milk and oil.

In a medium sized bowl sift together the dry ingredients (5-7). Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture; stir until just blended.

Gently fold in blueberries and nuts.

Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes.

Take out of pan just before bread is fully cooled.

2) 2 eggs; beaten
3) 1 cup milk
4) 3 tbsp vegetable oil
5) 3 cups  flour
6) 1 tsp salt
7) 4 tsp baking powder

8) 1 cup fresh blueberries; dusted with flour
9) 1/2 cup walnuts; chopped
