Baked Blueberry Cream Pie

This baked blueberry cream pie has a wonderful oatmeal crunchy crust. It adds a little 'bite' to the smooth pie filling.

Ingredients Directions
Oatmeal Crust Preheat oven to 350 F.

Oatmeal Crust:

In a bowl combine all the ingredients together, mix well. Firmly press the ingredients into a 10" pie plate. Set aside.

Blueberry filling:

In a large bowl mix all ingredients together except blueberries and beat in with electric mixer for 5 minutes.

Then add blueberries. Pour into pie crust and bake for 25 minutes.
Let cool before serving. If preferred, serve after chilled in the frig for increased firmness.
1) 2 cups rolled oats
2) 1/2 tsp. salt
3) 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4) 1/2 cup flour
5) 1/2 cup butter; soften
6) 1/3 cup brown sugar
Blueberry Filling
7) 1 cup sour cream
2  tbsp flour
9) 3/4 cup sugar
10) 1 tsp. vanilla
11) 1 egg beaten
12) 1/4 tsp. salt
13) 2 cups blueberries
