Blueberry Crepes

These blueberry crepes are great for breakfast or brunch and taste like a dream! If you are looking for a recipe to impress a guest you found it!

Ingredients | Directions | Crepes | Crepes In a large bowl mix the first group of ingredients (1-4) together. In a medium bowl mix the second group of ingredients (5-8) together. Then add the flour mixture to the wet mixture. Combine well making sure that the batter is smooth. Heat a small skillet over medium heat and add about 3 tbsp. of batter. Brown then flip over and brown the other side. Set aside. Blueberry Filling Mix together first group (9-11) of ingredients until smooth. Then fold in blueberries. Divide the filling equally with each crepe. Roll up and plate.
