This is a blueberry jello done in a salad dessert way. With a cream cheese topping that makes great results.
|Ingredients ||Directions |
|1) ||2 cups boiling water || |
In a bowl dissolve jello in water. Then add drained pineapple and blueberry pie filling.
Cover and chill in refrigerator.
In a mixing bowl add cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Spread over chilled jello salad.
Option: Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.

|5) ||1 8oz package cream cheese |
|6) ||1 cup sour cream |
|7) ||½ cup sugar |
|1 tsp vanilla |
|9) ||½ cup chopped walnuts |
