Whole wheat blueberry muffins are an even healthier take on an already healthy breakfast.

Ingredients Directions
1) 1 cup skim milk Preheat oven to 400 F.

In a large bowl whisk together the first group of ingredients (1-5).

Stir in second group of ingredients (6-9) until just blended.

Fold in blueberries.

Line muffins tins with muffin liners or grease the pan.

Fill muffin tins and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Turn out of pan right away and serve.
2) ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
3) 2 tbsp oil
4) 1 tsp vanilla
5) 1 egg
6) 2 cups whole wheat flour
7) 1/3 cup sugar
3 tsp baking powder
9) ½ tsp salt
10) 1 cup blueberries; dusted with flour
