Ingredients Directions
1) 2 cups whole-wheat flour

In a large bowl sift together flour and baking powder. Set aside.

In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and oil. Then mix with flour mixture, just until blended.

Heat up skillet, spray with non-stick cooking spray. Pour about ΒΌ cup of batter onto skillet and sprinkle a few blueberries on top. When the batter starts to bubble, flip over the pancake. Then brown the other side.

2) 2 tsp baking powder
4) 2 cups fat free milk
5) 2 eggs beaten
6) 1 tbsp olive oil
7) 1 cup blueberries
